Our shipping services are delivered by different couriers depending on the address of the recipient.

G|FOREVER provides complimentary ground shipping on all orders.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
The shipping date is provided when you checkout and you will receive a confirmation email when the package is shipped. The delivery time varies depending on the destination.
WHERE DOES G|FOREVER SHIP ITS ITEMS?
G|FOREVER ships its items worldwide.
CAN THE ORDER BE SHIPPED TO A P.O. BOX?
No, unfortunately we are unable to ship to a P.O Box at this time.
IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
Please follow the courier's instructions on whether a signature is required.
WHAT IF ITEMS IN MY ORDER HAVE DIFFERENT ESTIMATED SHIP DATES?
For orders consisting of items with different ship dates, the items will be shipped together on the latest estimated ship date. In any case, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is shipped.

After that we are unable to cancel or modify the order with the exception of Pre-Order. Please refer to our Pre-Order policy for more details.

HOW DO I BIND MY G|FOREVER ACCOUNT TO MY G|CLUBS MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT?
We are happy to announce that, we implemented a new process for binding GClubs and G|FOREVER accounts. Please visit the GClubs member page and select the member number you wish to link to your G|FOREVER account. If you have any problems with your account binding, please contact GClubs customer service at info@gclubs.com for assistance.
MY G|CLUBS MEMBERSHIP TIER IS INCORRECT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please visit GClubs member page and bind your G|FOREVER account to the membership you wish to link. If the member pricing is still incorrect, please contact G|FOREVER customer service team at info@gforever.store for assistance.
SALE
CAN I RETURN ITEMS THAT I BOUGHT DURING THE SALE?
Returns are not possible. Exchanges are allowed only for a different size, and only if available. The exchange price and shipping costs will be calculated by our Customer Service team based on the destination country.
CAN I BUY ITEMS IN SALE WITH MY CLUB REDUCTION?
Yes, Club members can purchase sale items. However, please note that the additional discount based on your membership tier will not apply to items that are already on sale.
WHAT IF MY SALE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE?
Please contact our customer service with your order number and pictures of the defect. You can ask for a return or an exchange after evaluation.
DIGITAL PRODUCT PASSPORT (DPP)
WHAT IS A DIGITAL PRODUCT PASSPORT?
A Digital Product Passport (DPP) is a unique digital certificate linked to a physical garment. Each DPP-enabled piece in our collection carries a QR code on its label. When you scan it and register the garment in your name, that ownership is recorded permanently on the blockchain an immutable, decentralized ledger that cannot be altered or deleted. Think of it as a digital certificate of authenticity that belongs to you forever.
WHICH G|FOREVER PRODUCTS INCLUDE A DIGITAL PRODUCT PASSPORT?
The DPP is currently available on selected pieces from the May The Force Be With You SS26 collection: Force Tee I, Force Tee II, Force Hoodie, and Force Pants. These products are identified by the Blockchain tag on the product page.
HOW DO I REGISTER MY GARMENT?
Registration takes less than a minute and requires no app. Simply follow these four
steps:
1. Find the QR code on the label inside your garment.
2. Open your phone camera and scan the QR code.
3. You will be taken to the G|Forever registration portal.
4. Enter your name and details. Your garment is then registered to you on the blockchain and you receive your digital certificate of ownership.
DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO REGISTER?
No. Registration is straightforward and does not require creating a separate account on any third-party platform. You simply provide your details directly through the G|Forever portal accessed via the QR code.
IS THE REGISTRATION PERMANENT?
Yes. Once your garment is registered, the record is written to the blockchain and cannot be modified, removed, or overwritten by anyone including G|Forever. The blockchain guarantees that your ownership record is immutable and permanent.
CAN I TRANSFER THE REGISTRATION IF I GIFT OR SELL THE GARMENT?
Yes. Digital Product Passports are transferable. If you pass the garment on to someone else, the new owner can update the registration through the same portal to reflect their ownership. The full history of ownership is preserved on the blockchain. Please contact info@gforever.store if you need assistance with a transfer.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY GARMENT OR THE QR CODE IS DAMAGED?
Your registration record exists permanently on the blockchain and is not dependent on the physical QR code. If your QR code label is damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@gforever.store with your order number and we will assist you in accessing your ownership record.
IS MY PERSONAL DATA SAFE?
Yes. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The information recorded on the blockchain is limited to what is necessary to establish your ownership of the garment. We do not sell your data to third parties.
DOES THE DPP AFFECT THE WARRANTY OR RETURN POLICY OF MY GARMENT?
No. The Digital Product Passport is an ownership and authenticity tool and does not modify the standard warranty or return conditions. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
WHAT IS THE BLOCKCHAIN AND WHY DOES G|FOREVER USE IT?
The blockchain is a decentralized digital ledger a record that is shared across a network of computers and cannot be controlled, altered, or deleted by any single party. G|Forever uses it to guarantee that your certificate of ownership is authentic, permanent, and independent of any single company or server. Even if circumstances changed, your ownership record would remain intact and verifiable.
I PURCHASED A DPP-ENABLED PIECE BUT HAVE NOT REGISTERED YET. CAN I STILL DO IT?
Yes. There is no time limit on registration. You can scan the QR code on your label and register your garment at any time after purchase. We recommend registering as soon as you receive the piece.
